This policy explains what information Legal in Cali collects when you visit legalincali.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Last updated October 24, 2026.
What we collect
Messages you send. If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you include and the content of your message. We use it only to read and answer you, and to fix a guide when you report an error.
Server logs. Our web host automatically records basic technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs keep the site secure and running and are kept only as long as that purpose requires.
Site search. What you type into the search box is used to show results and is not linked to you.
Cookies and tracking
We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not build visitor profiles. Fonts are served from our own server, so viewing a page does not send your information to a font provider. If we add analytics or advertising, we will update this policy first.
Selling and sharing
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act. We share information only with the service providers that run the site, such as our host and email provider, and when the law requires it.
Your California privacy rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. We honor these requests whether or not the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to a publisher of our size, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
